Meatless September
Co-creation of the #setembrosemcarnept movement, whose goal is to encourage the reduction of meat consumption in order to improve the state of health and the environment. It began in 2019 in the wake of the Amazon fires and now has over 4,000 public shares.

"Influence of Fat Mass Percentage on the jumping performance of adult female volleyball athletes in Portugal"
Graduation thesis with a final grade of 18 points, which involved the evaluation of anthropometric and physical performance parameters in female athletes from two volleyball clubs in Portugal, as well as data analysis and conclusions.
